Why this job is different
Most care work is rushed, zero-hours and poorly paid. We do not think that produces good visits. Our companions are employed on contracted hours, paid for travel time and mileage, and given the time to do a proper job.

What we look for

What the work involves
You will visit older people in their own homes, help with light housework, shopping, errands, meal preparation and getting out and about. You will not provide personal care such as washing, dressing or feeding.
